IMKAN’s point of difference is clever design powered by data and consumer research. It creates developments that follow users, and not the other way around. Our job was to express this research-led approach while creating desire.

IMKAN is different. It doesn’t work according to the standard real estate development playbook. There are multiple stakeholders to be satisfied, and many abstract concepts to be explained. Through it all, the people-centric design must be the star of the show.
